Worker Wellbeing
- Fair wages paid on agreed schedule to all workers

- Rest areas and shade provided during hot working hours
- No child labour — all workers verified to be of legal working age
- Workers have the right to refuse unsafe work without penalty
- Training and skills development encouraged
